Submissions open – 2025 progress report on the implementation of Royal Commission recommendations

This progress report will evaluate whether the government’s reforms are sufficient to drive meaningful and lasting change in the aged care system and identify areas that need further attention to address systemic issues.

A paper outlining the submissions process is now available. Submissions are open until 14 March 2025. The OIGAC invites input from anyone interested in the aged care system, especially those with lived experience in aged care or those trying to access it, as well as their loved ones.
